The whole place was fairly clean, I loved it, and had good staff and atmosphere. The room met needs, brand-new with good shower. I spent a comfortable time here, would recomand to anyone.

Relatively quiet location, varied breakfast, very frendly staff, plus excellent wi-fi. We were in the budget twin room, it was modest. Liked Birmingham, the hotel was more than adequate.

Location was REASONABLY PRICED, brilliant hotel. Value for money and suitable room, I loved it. Very easy to get from Birmingham airport, just 0.5 km. Easy check-in.

The bed was comfortable, the staff was extremely helpful! The family room was well maintained and spotless. As picky eaters we loved to be close to lots of restaurants, went to Lahori Tawa couple of times, it was 15 mins walk away. Would stay here again.
